I know I am not the best way. That's me with a BMI of 29.9 (I weigh 235 pounds @ 6foot3 - limited to obese, but I have a great body) and body mass index of 18-25 is ideal, I think.
One or two words to me of course, especially if you love me much thinner than the "look", or I mean, etc. All information about my strengths and weaknesses would be great. Thank you.
