My dog chewed the edge of the forest on my couch (sofa modern style with wood trim on the bottom) ... Wood is a black surface that is not the grain of the wood that you on the oak cabinets .. not see the ad. almost like a painting on it .... You can can buy wood filler, corresponding to your color. Try painting a radius of Walmart.
You can buy epoxy putty. A brand is Quikwood. Mix, polished press into the cavity and using a credit card, soapy water and a litle old. Arena when it was created (approximately 20 minutes). Then paint or spray with a toner cartridge.
You can also fill Bondo or wood pulp, which is very similar (with polyester).
I use both, but especially the epoxy.
